24 turned 25

Thursday, September 30, 2010

Time is flying by, either I'm overworked or I'm officially old, or both - yeah both sounds right. I turned 25 last week. I'm reminded of a song I love, enjoy!

Because I ADORE him

25 seems so much older than 24. At 24 it's totally fine to not have it all together but 25, oh boy, something must be wrong with you if you don't have 2 kids and a house. I totally get why woman complain about getting older. The day after I turned 25 I woke up and saw wrinkles and the kids at Church looked oh so young.Sigh...tell me it's okay to get old.

ps. due to working so much (I love my job!) I haven't been able to read any of your lovely blogs, I miss you all. Let me know what you've been up to, if you have been, if you care (that totally reminded me of one of my favorite lines from Gilmore Girls, go me!).

Haha yes 25 is scary! But I survived! So will you. I totally feel "behind" but I am happy and thats all that matters! Even if I am an old a** 26 year old!

Hope you had a fun birthday! Just so you know, I didn't meet my husband until I was 28 and I was 31 when I had my first child. You have plenty of time! :)

25 freaked me out a bit. I wasn't married, I was in a ridiculous relationship, just not my favorite. But, I won't lie...29 was literally my FAVORITE. i wanted to stay 29 forever!

Glad you love your job, but sorry it's forced you to miss all your bloggy peeps. It's hard to not get to read all the bidness of others.

Thanks for visiting my blog today! :) I LOVE Gilmore Girls...watch it often! :)

You know, I didn't freak out about MY age...but I did kind of freak out when my son turned 11 or 12 or 13...I can't remember which one it was...but it was bad. It was harder for me to see him getting so old...and then it hit me that I'm getting old too! :)

Thanks again!
