In that instance I felt safe. Even though I feared that if Gmail didn't come back soon the world might crumble. I'm not sure I've ever felt that way before; feeling safe among others. "Safety in numbers" in not one of the quotes you'll ever see on my wall. I'm very happy with just my Hubby fam. and close friends (and my bloggy buddies of course).
Guess there are always exception. Perhaps I am growing up and realizing that other people aren't as scary as they seem to be, sometimes they can actually be the opposite. I wonder which one, if either, it is...

I don't use gmail, so I didn't notice; have to confess, I don't Tweet, either. I missed the whole thing!
You know you can always count on your bloggy friends!
I saw that. I was trying to email my husband and it was down for about an hour. Crazy how dependent we can become on a free service, isn't it? Glad it's up and running again.
I don't tweet. Never been able to get into it. Why would anyone want to hear about my lovely day of wiping noses and changing diapers? That is why I blog! :)
I think it's some of both. the world is a mix of scary and nice people
I'm afraid, like Eva, I missed the whole thing to! Sorry about that! But glad you've recovered!

Yes, I noticed. I get crabby about anything that messes with my day. And I didn't think to check twitter. Fortunately, I survived. ;-)
I DO use gmail, but I missed it and thank goodness! I would've been in full-blown panic mode and I may not have thought of twitter. I probably wouldn't have thought of twitter...
